Q – Where is the Expo?

A – Visit the expo page on the top menu for a Google map.

Q – Can I purchase tickets online?

A – Yes go to Discount Tickets and follow the prompts.

Q – Is it cheaper to purchase tickets online?

A – Yes there is a considerable saving. Go to Discount Tickets and follow the prompts.

Q – Can I purchase a multiple day ticket for 2 day expos?

A – Multi day tickets are not available for purchase. However you can collect a complimentary return ticket on exit from the reception desk at the Expo.

Q – Can I buy from the stallholders at the Expo?

A – Yes! Most exhibitors will be selling their products at the expo, usually at a special expo price! Note: Some stalls are cash only and do not have EFTPOS facilities.

Q – Is there an ATM available at the Expo?

A – Yes at some but not every Expo. Sometimes you need to join a long queue, so we recommend getting cash out before you arrive at the Expo.

Q – Is there a cost to attend one of the lectures or workshops?

A – All our sessions are free to attend and seating is available on a ‘first come’ basis.

Q – Are there cloakroom facilities?

A – No, there are no cloakroom facilities available.

Q – I purchased a ticket online, however I have lost/ did not recieve the ticket email – what do I do?

A – Firstly, please check your junk/spam folder as the tickets may have ended up there. If not, please email us with the name you entered when purchasing your tickets.

Q – Do children receive free entry?

A – Yes, children aged 15 & under do not require a ticket and receive free entry. Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder. Children must  be under your control at all times and out of consideration for others are not allowed to run free around the expo premises.
